[ Deadlines ] - Any deadlines must be mentioned on order form and may or may not cause an additional charge depending on urgency of the commission. Commissions with deadlines will be prioritized above any other order or project

[ Updates ] - If you'd like to see any additional progress, you're free to contact me via Discord/dms/email, and changes can be discussed while your commission is in the works

While I will be able to provide a un-watermarked version & watermarked version of your commission, I am not personally responsible if your commission is stolen or reproduced in any form or matter once it is complete. The art piece is in your hands once given to you. Even with commercial usage, I am not reliable for others use of your commission such as use of an icon

By commissioning me, you aknowledge the fact that my style may slightly vary from the examples in my gallery: While I can guarantee a consistent quality work, my style and techniques may slightly vary over time. Females are my main focus, but males are also accepted, however I do not have as much practice just as a warning before you submit a character

I will personally choose which commission orders I accept and decline. Either because I did not feel comfortable with your commission order, or because I felt I could not do your idea justice within my artistic limits. I apologize in advance if you are turned down

[ Usage ] - You do not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space

You do not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space

Any disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in cancellation of the order. You will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. I have full right to refuse any service to the you in the future.

For designs over $250, I am willing to discuss payment plan options

[ Commercial ] - Commercial usage may be added as a 50% fee of the total price, unless directly stated (Ex. Final bid price $100 + 50% fee = extra $50 for commercial use) Commercial including, but not limited to, Vtuber usage, career usage, merch usage, streaming usage, advertisment usage, etc,.

No refunds are to be given after downpayment is provided

If a design is left unpaid for within a certain amount of extended time, I have the right to blacklist you from purchasing future adopts and biddings

You will not be claimed ownership of the design until the design is fully paid

I withhold the rights to relist an unpaid design if necessary

[ Reselling ] - If you choose to resell an adopt you've bought from me, please contact me. This includes designs of mine that you have made modifications to.

My permission is required before selling a design of mine that you own. If you are unable to contact me or if I do not respond within 3/7 days of your e-mail, then you may continue with selling the design.

[ Credits ] - When using my designs, please credit me in some form! Credit is not required, but I do appreciate it always. Especially for anyone using my design for Vtubing

[ Bidding ] - Once a design is in your possession, you are not eligible for a refund. If you need to back out after being the highest bidder on a design of mine, you are allowed to withdraw, but I reserve the right to blacklist you from any future auctions if I choose. This will be at my discretion. Auctions may be extended a further 12/24 hours after a bid is placed, this is to prevent sniping during auctions
